The young Austrian soprano, Lucia Dziubinski, made her first steps on stage as Léonie (La vie Parisienne) under the direction of William Lewis in France, where the longing for music transformed into a real wish of becoming an opera artist. Before being able to launce her musical career, Lucia finished her medical studies in Vienna. Soon after that she started her musical studies in Antwerp (Belgium) and later in Vienna (MUK) and made her debut as Pamina in Mozart’s “The magic flute” in a small theater in Vienna. The following productions included the roles of Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte), Contessa (Le Nozze di Figaro), Annina (A night in Venice). 2018 she was engaged as Leonore (Fidelio) in a production for children at the local opera house “Stadttheater Baden” near Vienna. In 2018 Lucia Dziubinski was a finalist in the Nico Dostal operetta competition in Austria, 2019 finalist in the Belvedere competition in Austria and 1019 finalist in the Benackova competition in Jihlava.
She graduated from the operetta studio of the conservatory (MUK) in Vienna and is currently passing her master of arts in singing. Masterclasses with Sona Ghazarian, Robert Holl, Irena Sylya, Gerd Uecker, Angelika Kirchschlager, Gabriele Lechner and others inspired her creativity of interpretation and guided her on the way of becoming a self-determined artist. Her repertoire includes pieces of opera as well as of operetta and Lied.
